All orders ship from our US warehouse. If your tracking hasn't updated after 7 business days, email [email protected] with your order number and we'll chase it down for you.
Returns & Refunds
We offer a 60-day money-back guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may request a full refund of the purchase price within 60 days of your original order date.

Refund Processing
Once your request is approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer. Shipping charges, where applicable, are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrived damaged or incorrect.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
